1) Financial statement report

   Finances are near from 0 balance, but for 2008 the support
   of junior championship (and other tournaments) will cost a lot.
   Alan Held will see about if he can get support from Ing.
   Applause for the work of Lorenz as Webmaster and Treasurier.

2) World Mind Sports

   The rules to go to WAGC/KPM is completed to support World mind
   sports in China. The first choose, then the second, then the third.
   Approval by consensus

   On proposition of Ishi go club a few days before [was not in agenda],
   because there is more places to give for going to Asia Rules for
   waiting between 2 desgination is reduced from 3 to 2 years (but will
   be automatically increased back again to 3 years if one of WAGC or KPM
   would disappear). But during discussion a counter-proposal appears.

   reduce 3 to 2 years:         Bern, Veyrier, Ko Go Club, Luzern
   keep 3 years:                      Zurich, Locarno
   reduce 3 to 0 years:         Ishi, Nyon, Eaux-Vives

   The reduction of 3 to 2 years was approved.
   The designated swiss receives a free airplane  ticket from IGF.  In
   addition,  Lorenz & Benoit Felix are candidates to go (they pay the
   airplane tickets themselves, the rest is covered by the organization
   of the mind sport olympics.)


4) Pair Go

   Pair Go team will be designated with the same system as WAGC/KPM.
   If a pair is changing, both members lose their points.
   Pair Go Team designated for European Pair Go Team will be supported
   for travel costs (200CHF*2)
   There is a consensus (except Nyon that votes against).

5) Adi, Roberto, Dominik, Patric, Lorenz shared about there way of teaching
   Teaching at go stage, flyers, and collecting federation membership’s fee
   was also freely discussed, but it was decided not to change anything.

6) Next Championship might be organised in Luzern, Dominik needs a few weeks
   to answer whether it's possible.

7) New Comitee is:

   Armel-David Wolff President
   Alan Held 1st Vice-President
   Sébastien Koch 2nd Vice-President   <= enters into the comitte
   Lorenz: Tresurier, Secretary, Webmaster
