0. Acceptance of minutes of last meetingMinutes were downloadable on internet during one year, due to late time, they were not read this day.
1. President Report (Report of Activity)In 2006 they were a big increase in activities, promotion events, tournaments (+50%), clubs (+4) and go players. There is now 23 dan players in Switzerland but they don't play so much outside (international participations). Lorenz confirms it was probably the most busy year of Switzerland history.
2. Financial Report (Lorenz)Situation is ok (small benefice) although some clubs have problem to pay regularly.
The biggest income is Clubs Fees (20CHF/member, 10CHF for juniors).
The biggest expense is the support of tournaments/swiss championship. As some tournaments reach the 40 players attendance, it is confirmed that the 5CHF/participant support will be limited to 200 CHF.
Discharge to the committee is voted
3. Promotion & Flyers:Swiss federation printed in 2006 750 flyers for 250 CHF. The idea to have flyers to be printed is approved, but to avoid out of date information, they may be printed only for a special event, and they may contain rules of go and not only clubs information. Joseph is in charge of writing specifications or design. The 2006 flyers design is available by [Wolff/Lukac]
4. Membership of Swiss FederationEach club should give by e-mail the name and address of their members to the Swiss Federation.
The member list will be regularly published on web site because of the tournaments (see point 6).
This list won't be accessible to the public, a username/password will be given
Not discussed: The fees have to be paid in January according to the number of last years' member, However, the Committee can decide this outside AGM.
5. Confirms new clubs and Student clubs policyFirst year for new clubs is free so some clubs that started 2 years ago should now pay.
School Clubs: Fee is 10CHF/member, however it is decided that the most active members will register by themselves to the federation, as it is not possible for a school club to make members pay a fee.
6. Tournaments ParticipationThe idea of making swiss federation membership mandatory for attending a tournament is refused by majority.
Another motion is approved by general consensus: the tournament organizer will ask a 5 CHF higher fee for swiss resident that are not member of the swiss federation.
Details are not discussed, it is assumed that the tournament organizer will download the list of members and keep the 5 CHF for his club.
7. International TournamentsThere are two tournaments where Swiss players can be invited :
WAGC (World amateur Go Championship) and IBC (International Baduk Championship). Therefore, the rules have been slightly enhanced.
Réglement pour l'attribution de points au championnat suisse de Go
1. L'attribution en fonction du classement de la finale:
1er - 10 points
2ème - 8 points
3ème - 7 points
4ème - 6 points
5ème - 5 points
6ème - 4 points
7ème - 3 points
8ème - 2 points
les suivants: 1 point
2. Le voyage au World Amateur Go Championship (WAGC) ou au International Baduk Championship (IBC) remet à zéro.
The new rules are approved by consensus

8. OZA TournamentThe rule for the representant in Oza for February 2008 is the following. It was decided in the AGM 2006. We propose to add a few words (in blue).
As it now stands, there will be an OZA tournament Europe every second year. Each country is entitled to send one representative who will have his expenses paid. The question how to choose him was decided in the following
manner. The player who finishes highest in the Swiss Championship will go, provided that he is NOT going to the WAGC/IBC (International Baduk Championship), If he is, then the second ranked player will go. Note that for this tournament it is not necessary to be a Swiss citizen, being chosen by the executive is sufficient. It is necessary to be Swiss resident and to have played at least 2 swiss tournaments in the year
The new rules are approved by consensus
9. European/International Pair/Women/Junior GoSwiss Federation will pay maximum 250 CHF per official designated participant as reimbursement of the travel fees. For pair go, this amount is doubled of course.
At least one representative/one pair. [The board can decide to designate more than one representative]
10. MagazineGoal of the committee is that every member receives the magazine. However there is no budget to send magazine to all members. It is decided that, if Suji magazine team agrees, the federation will send the magazine by email to all swiss federation members
11. Budget 2007Budget 2007 as 2006 is approved with the limitation of maximum support of 200/CHF per tournament.
